Meet our Tami.
She once belonged to egg traders who smuggled eggs from the Palestinian territories into Israel. Two teenage boys took her around with them, carrying a whip and beating her.
When security guards in Oranit saw them hitting her, they took her away from the boys and kept her safe until we arrived to bring her to the farm.
