Yoko, Miki and Dandy
The Story of Yoko, Miki and Dandy
Meet our Dandy, Yoko and Miki.
They were rescued at three months old from Kibbutz Lahav, where they were born and were due to be slaughtered at six months.
They were saved during the Meat the Victims action there, which exposed the terrible reality behind Israel's pork industry. Around 20,000 pigs are slaughtered at Kibbutz Lahav each year.
Dandy, Miki and Yoko had an extraordinary escape. They now have the chance to live happy lives in freedom. They will never become food or be used for experiments.
